Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, county, state, or similar search term into a sponsored search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Davidson County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to respond, manage the request, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.

Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information, a deletion request may be sent through the contact route.
